Link Your Corporate or Insurance Card Profile

Step 1

Select "Add a profile" on Home screen or you can go to "Settings > Manage Profile > Add a profile".

           

Step 2

Then on the next page, enter your Corporate/Insurance Card Number, Country, Identification Number (NIK or Passport no) and Date of Birth.

Step 3

After make sure details are correct, click "Link Profile"

* NOTE : you can add more than 1 Corporate/Insurance Card with your account, just repeat from step no. 1 with different details
